Not trying … not doing … just being …

Clear unruffled mind …

Mind is not the thoughts …

Thoughts good / bad come unbidden … an ever present stream … sometimes the stream is a torrent … sometimes there is no more flow of thoughts than a slowly dripping tap …

The good / bad thoughts can engaged the mind nice ones are like soft white fluffy clouds the bad disturbing thoughts like large dark storm clouds … but they are still just thoughts …

Behind the clouds, especially in an aircraft above the clouds there is always … a clear blue sky … a clear unruffled mind … s natural permanent state of happiness … always there in the background … that is still, spacious and clear …

Often the volume or force of the stream of thoughts is dependant on the minds resistance to them … the more resistance … the more thoughts …

Give mind time to settle … not trying … less effort more space … wild horse of thoughts … give it enough space so does not feel nervous …

As long as there is resistance there is no room for acceptance … and if there is no room for acceptance … there no way if having a peacefully mind …
